at Nomi, we don't just care for children, we truly know them.
Established over 30 years ago by our founder and director, Anne Paul, Nomi has grown from one childminder's dream into four thriving nurseries across Essex.
Whilst we've grown, our philosophy has remained exactly the same.
Every child deserves to be truly seen.
Today, Nomi provides exceptional childcare in warm, welcoming and inclusive environments where every child is noticed, nurtured and known.
Our teams build meaningful relationships with children and families, creating spaces where children feel safe to explore, learn and become themselves.

Three simple words that guide everything we do:
Noticed
We see every child as an individual - their interests, their pace, their personality. No two children are the same, and we celebrate that.
Nurtured
Every moment of care builds confidence. From cuddles to exploration, we create an environment where children feel safe to be themselves.
Known
Belonging is the foundation for growth. When children feel truly known - when someone remembers they do not like loud noises, celebrates the tower they built, or notices they have made a new friend - they thrive.
we are proud to offer:
A positive team culture built on mutual respect, inclusivity and collaboration
A forward-thinking nursery where creativity, curiosity and confidence grow together
A team that genuinely supports one another
Diverse and inclusive workplaces where everyone belongs
At Nomi, we believe that when our teams feel valued and supported, children receive the very best care and education.
